TTB15 Terms and Conditions — A Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

1 Member Eligibility

The ttb15 platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. ttb15 reserves the right to reject or cancel the registration of any individual who does not meet these criteria at any time without providing a reason.

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Being an individual registering under your own name, not on behalf of a third party.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list or any active gaming restriction programme.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not residing in a country or region where access to online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by local law.

2 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) TTB15 account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances frozen pending investigation.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password.
• Ttb15 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the account holder's own negligence.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be requested at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.
• Documents that may be requested include a national ID, bank statement, or recent proof of address.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

Ttb15 supports a wide range of payment methods suited for Malaysian players, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits are processed instantly through a fully encrypted payment system.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.

• All deposited funds must be the rightful property of the registered account holder.
• TTB15 does not accept deposits from third parties, credit/debit cards not belonging to the account holder, or funds from unverifiable sources.

4 Withdrawals & Payment Processing

Ttb15 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests within the specified timeframe. Standard members can expect withdrawals to be processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours, while VIP members enjoy priority processing of under 30 minutes in most cases.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the ttb15 account holder.
• A completed KYC identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Ttb15 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify transactions exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements will be held until those requirements are fulfilled.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

• Each player is only eligible to claim each bonus type once, except for recurring bonuses such as weekly cashback.
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be fulfilled before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.

6 General Game Rules

• Finalised game results are conclusive and cannot be appealed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, ttb15 will resolve the situation based on valid server records.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection remains stable during play. ttb15 will not compensate for losses resulting from disconnections on the player's end.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in circumstances where TTB15 is technically unable to process the game.

7 Prohibited Activities & Misconduct

Ttb15 has a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of fraud, system manipulation, or behaviour that harms other players or the integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate decisive action.

• Using automated software or bots to play or circumvent the platform's security mechanisms.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Registering multiple accounts to gain bonus advantages or circumvent imposed restrictions.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities (bug exploits) to obtain illegitimate wins.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Ttb15 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in certain circumstances. Your account may also be closed upon your own request at any time by contacting our support team.

• Temporary suspension may occur during the KYC verification process or when investigating suspicious activity.
• Permanent closure may be imposed on accounts that violate any terms outlined in this document.
• For closures requested by the player, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal within 5 working days.
• For closures resulting from a terms violation, TTB15 reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If the violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
